Everyday Green Smoothie

Best for: Breakfast, Snack, Post-Workout (with banana or berries)

We literally drink a smoothie a day.  Smoothies are so versatile, quick, and filling and make getting out of the house in the morning a breeze!  Plus, you can get in those extra doses of veggies without even knowing it (but seriously, veggies are the bomb!)


Makes 1 smoothie


Prep time: 4-5 min    Blend time: Less than 2 minutes     Total time: 5-6 minutes



8 ounces whole, almond, or coconut milk
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (We like Formulx)
2 huge handfuls of greens (kale, spinach, etc)
cinnamon to taste
6 ice cubes
1T cacao powder (optional)
1 T chia seed (optional)
1/2-1 T green superfood powder (optional)


If you’re having this post-workout, then add a banana or a handful of berries!


Blend all ingredients, pour into a big glass, and enjoy! You may also top smoothie with a tablespoon of almond butter, coconut butter, or some cacao nibs!
